The end and Beginning of Something new

I arrived just in time. I had nearly been late, but I was grateful that Draca had managed to locate her. If he hadn't, she would have died, and I would have lost my mate. When Romeo stormed into my office earlier to inform me that Lorena was missing from my room, I sensed that something had gone wrong.

I immediately left my office to search for her. It was then that I found the maid she had last been seen with. After interrogating her, I discovered that Angelica was involved in Lorena's kidnapping, and before that, Romeo had informed me about her father's plan to overthrow me and seize the throne, but I had already anticipated his moves.

In secret, I ordered their silent execution, utilizing the royal guards to eliminate them without detection. My original plan was to apprehend Angelica, but I had no idea she would resort to such an audacious act as kidnapping Lorena.
