Walking downstairs with Sophia following me, I saw the Beta standing downstairs, already dressed in a nice suit. Did I take that long? Because he was ready and back from his home.

I stared at Xavier who was looking at me with admiration and affection. Our eyes locked and I felt like everything just disappeared. Cliché as it sounded but it was true.
