Chapter Forty-Nine

Olivia's POV

I returned home from college, feeling quite exhausted and broken, so many confusing thoughts kept running through my mind.

I didn't get to see Deen throughout the rest of the day and it got me puzzled.

Who was he truly?

And where has he been if he is our kind?

Why does everything about him feel so odd?

And the way he had acted angry... I never expected that from him. Why is he so desperate to kill Alpha Kurt?

I walked careworn past the living room and went straight to my room, and surprisingly, when I got there I found about a couple of strangers in the room, standing as I walked in.
