Chapter ninety seven

Collin's POV

We had practically toured the whole of the woods and still couldn't find her. My enthusiasm was beginning to thin out slowly. I doubt if I still want to keep up with checking around. But to my aurprise, Seth appears to be more pumped by each passing minute.

"Do you think it's still possible to find her?" I asked him, when we got together again.

"I believe so, I can still catch her scent faintly. It can only be two things, she had been here a while ago or she did well in hiding her scent."

I nodded, still trying to think on what to do. All of a sudden Seth slapped my shoulder. "Man! I groaned. "Why did you hit me?"

"You have sharp listening ears." He mumbled

"Don't even go there." I sniffed.

"Collin! You can't have me use one of my best abilities and decide to hide yours." He bellowed

"I doubt if it would work." I mused.
