The next morning, Hannah woke up and did her daily routine. She dressed up professionally, tied her hair. She heaved a sigh and stared at herself in the mirror. Sebastian's apology from last night played in her mind over and over again.
She dreamed of him saying those words to her. She wished that he'd call her Anna one more time. She yearned for his warm hugs and his sweet words and last night when he finally did all those things... She couldn't feel anything. And the thought scared her. What if she is never able to love again.
She closed her eyes and reminisced about their past love life. She then remembered how he protected her when no one else did. How he always knew what she needed just by reading the look on her face. How he always knew how to cheer her up. How his presence gave her strength to endure the abuse she received.
