152. That Makes Me Unhappy

Jessica looked at her watch after leaving her boss's office, and at this time, she knew someone who was at home. She memorized that person's schedule, and that was why she was sure that that person was at home. So, she immediately walked towards her desk, and she was lucky because her assistant was no longer at her desk. Instead, the younger woman had returned to her desk, and she was even wearing headphones, indicating that she was working on something seriously.

Jessica had no intention of meeting her assistant at all, and she just grabbed her cell phone from her desk before dialing a number. On the third ring, the phone was picked up, and she immediately spoke to the person, “Hi, are you still home?”

She was in a hurry, but she still had time to greet the person while bringing herself to sit in her seat.

“I'm still at home,” the person answered. “Why do you ask? Do you miss me already? But it hasn't even been two hours since we parted, right?”
