Chapter Thirty Three
"I had a really great time," I added, letting out a soft sigh as I stretched back against the car seat. We were back on our way to New York after spending Thanksgiving with our families and I didn't want to go back just yet.
"Yeah, me too. I'm just so happy that we are back together." He grinned widely, keeping his focus on the road ahead of us.
"It's not a big surprise. I knew you would work your charm on me and that's exactly why I didn't want to come,"
"In that case, I'm glad you changed your mind, sweetheart." He took my hand, planting a soft kiss on it, making me blush. We drove in silence for a while before he spoke up.
"So, umm...you still in touch with Andrew." He asked casually and I glared at him for bringing it up again.
"Seriously, Theo? You are still jealous?"
"Pffft! I'm not jealous. I just don't want him to think he has a chance with you again."
