Chapter Twenty Eight

THEO'S POV:

I kept changing my outfit for the third time the next morning, trying to look good for Lucy just in case she changes her mind and decides to come with me. I knew for sure she would come. I mean, she can't resist me for sure and I really wanted to make things right with her. I made an ass of myself and will forever regret that dreadful night. I never should have walked away. I should have trusted her and listened to her.

It was all because of my jealousy and stupid ego.

Just as I was about to button up my shirt, I heard a knock on the door. A huge smile spread across my face and I rushed outside my bedroom to open the main door, desperate to see my girl and I was indeed right.
