Liam’s Pov

“What do you mean she no longer has her memories?” My father asked as he looked up from the documents he was reading.

I looked around the living room not really wanting to talk about it in here just in case prying ears were listening

“Relax only the maids are here.” My father stated like that would make me feel any better. My mother looked up from her cup of tea with a glum expression on her face.

She pulled her feet closer to my father who didn’t seem pleased that she had her feet on his custom made leather couch.

Paying no attention to my father she delicately set the white piece of china down as she stared at me in pity. I already knew where this was going and all I could do was let her speak.

“Liam hunny, you have to stop this and move on because it’s not healthy.” She pleaded gently. I narrowed my eyes as I sat down across from them in the brown leather chair.

A maid came forward and set a cup of coffee down that I would not be indulging in.
