Emma had already left for training by the time that Ethan and I were ready to leave. Some last-minute issues arose in Sector 4, Johnson’s sector. They had a power malfunction that appeared to be harmless, but we had to run through the procedures just in case.

The weather was really nice this morning. It was a little breezy, but that just helped cool us down while we trained. Natural air conditioning was great, especially since we all trained outside. We had a few indoor facilities for when it was raining, but otherwise we were always outside. I also liked how it made the woodsy smell more intense. Kai certainly loved that part.
