Chapter Ninety

“We’re there.” Matthew said to Elena as he killed the car engine and got out.

It was some minutes towards six o clock in the evening and they were just arriving at the party Matthew wanted to bring her to.

“Remember…”

“No drinking and no moving out of sight. I get it, that’s why you brought the pineapple juice.” Elena cut him off, rolling her eyes and getting out of the car.

Matthew opened the back seat, rummaging through the stuff they’ve brought and bringing out a bottle. He locked the car by pressing the keypad and threw the bottle to Elena.

She caught it just in time as her eyes widened with a smile,

“Are you changing your mind?” She said and walked towards him, nudging him by the shoulder.

“Nope. It’s still pineapple juice. I want you to be sober. We still have a long way to go.”

Elena rolled her eyes, looking at the bottle in her hand with anger before hissing out.

“Let’s get this over with. I want to go home.” She muttered under her breath.
