CHAPTER TWENTY-EIGHT

The black curtain of hair dances along with the salty breeze of the sea. Gazing softly at the locket on her hand, Morrigan watches how the light bounces off the dazzling jewels of her locket. She looked at the sky, but halfway she squinted as the blinding light of the sun hit her eyes. Covering her eyes with her hand she watches the birds and seagulls soaring the bright sky. Her eyes reflected a mixture of emotions, lost in deep thoughts. Morrigan had already prepared herself for what will happen next to her, however, the lurking worry in her heart never ceases. Worrying what will she see once she came back. She bit her lips and shook her head lightly.
