Chapter 78. The Resistance

Laura's hands were flailing around, looking for something she could smash into the head of the bastard who was about to rape her.

Suddenly, Laura's right hand touched an object, a pair of scissors. Unfortunately, it was only a tiny pair of scissors, but Laura didn't care; she had to fight back.

Without a second thought, Laura quickly stabbed the tip of the scissors, and it hit the back of Benny's neck; although it wasn't deep, it was enough to make the man surprised; blood came out from the puncture mark.

“You bitch! You want to kill me, huh?” Benny raised his face, and his hand touched the bleeding back of his neck. The man's eyes became fierce, and he slapped Laura hard.

“Aargh!” Laura screamed spontaneously, “Benny, let me go!” Laura struggled. “Help! Help!” Laura screamed again, but the man became even angrier. His hands grabbed Laura's neck and choked her.
