Chapter 26

Kendrick was at his office preparing a file he was supposed to send to a client about Ruserick's best items.

The client contacted him after Rosy spoke to the reporters, and he had been so interested in Ruserick since then.

His phone rang. He heard it, but was too busy to check who the caller was. He just wanted to finish up with this so the client can get what he wanted from them.

The phone rang again and when it almost ended; he picked it up, not checking the caller.

“Hello.”

“Hello Kendrick,” the caller said.

The voice sounded familiar, so he looked at his phone screen to see who was calling and when he saw it, he quickly greeted again.

“Mr. Wright, you called?”

“Yes, I called the first time, no response from you so I had to call your PA who informed you that you were busy with some work and so i called again,” Wright said.

“He is right. I am creating a cart of our most expensive products for a client,” Kendrick explained why he didn't pick up his call the first time.
