Yoel immediately went to get the car. After reading Thomas' message, he drove toward the hotel. On the way, he could not resist asking Joshua what had happened earlier.

"Mr. Neal, may I ask a question?" he said.

"If you don't think you should, don't ask," Joshua snapped back.

Feeling brave and curious, Yoel continued, "Do you consider it as cheating on yourself when you let Thomas bring Mrs. Neal to your bed? What kind of feelings do you have when you treat Mrs. Neal in this way?"
