Chapter 13

"Good morning Dad, where's Mom?"

Eloisa sat on the other side of the table next to her dad. Her mom was not there so she asked her dad.

Her mom left early. She is going to a relative. Eloisa's dad was the only one left at home with her today to have breakfast.

When Eloisa woke up. She got up and went down lazily. She was annoyed by a former blind date given to her by her dad who always teased her and she was disgusted.

"She left saying she was going to her relatives. They are having a celebration today."

"Why didn't mom get to with you?" Eloisa asked. Her mom left without her dad is a wonder. So she wondered.

"Because I have a walk. I have something important need to pay attention to today. I also need to fix something at the office."

"So what?" she raised her voice involuntarily as she asked.

"Why am I not aware of what you are going to do today dad? You didn't tell me?" She stopped interrogating her father. Partly speechless she tried to guess.
