Danciana's POV:

As I sat in the passenger seat of Dylan's car, my heart raced with anticipation. The plan was in motion, and I needed to execute it flawlessly. "Hey, Dylan," I began, my voice steady despite the nervous butterflies swirling in my stomach. "Would you mind dropping me off at the supermarket? I forgot to pick up something earlier, and it's been on my mind."

Dylan glanced at me, a warm smile playing on his lips. "Of course, Danciana. No problem at all. I'm glad I can help. Just let me know when you're ready to head back."

"Thank you so much, Dylan. You're a lifesaver," I replied, my words layered with gratitude that masked the ulterior motive behind my request. As he pulled up in front of the supermarket, I reached for the door handle, my heart pounding. "I won't be long," I assured him, giving him a reassuring smile.

Dylan nodded and leaned over to give me a quick hug. "Take your time. I'm just worried about Aurelia. I hope she'll be okay. We'll find her."
