Chapter 6

Selene gulped the water that tasted so clear and pure she had never thought she had tasted it before. She tilted her head in confusion when she heard the rebuttal from two girls Selene guessed had a profession as the maid.

“Why? I can take a shower alone,” Selene responded. 

They led her to a room behind the door and saw a magnificent bathroom behind it. A large bathtub filled with hot water and sprinkled with flowers made the room smell great. One young girl was on standby with toiletries and smiled awkwardly when she saw Selene enter the room. 

“Wow!” Selene could not help but feel amazed by the view. She felt transported back into the luxury of the medieval kingdom timeline.
