Chapter 84

When dawn came Camila woke up. She didn’t recall well what happened yesterday night but she was just glad that Samuel had decided to go back home. She didn’t want to deal with him this Sunday morning.

All she wanted was to prepare herself and go to Church. She had missed the service for such a long time that she was beginning to feel guilty.

But first she looked at her clothes and after seeing that they were still intact she climbed down the bed and headed to the kitchen.

The house felt empty and quiet without Lucky. All of a sudden she was filled with sadness. She missed her little baby girl dearly and she wished that she could just go and bring her back from her father’s place.

She knew that Stella must now be fuming with the amount of love that Luke was showing her daughter. At that thought she smiled but the charming smile soon disappeared when she heard someone trying to open the door.

She was curiously looking towards the entrance when Samuel appeared inside with packed breakfa
