Chapter 25: Kayla Reid

I’m laying in my bed watching bls when I hear a knock on my door. When I get up and open it I find my siblings standing behind it looking sheepish

“Hey”they say.

“We came in peace” Kaze quickly adds.

I look at both of them for sometime then ask“Why now?”

“We figured we have given you enough time to calm down and maybe you’ve missed us enough to forgive us”says Kali giving a tiny smile.

I almost return it but cover it up by saying “We’ll see” I let them in.

She sighs and says “I am really sorry Kay. You’re my sister but I feel like I don’t understand you sometimes and with us being here, realising and discovering new things about ourselves I feel as if we’re drifting further apart. I love you and I care about about you a little bit too much which seems to be the problem”

“That’s not the problem here Kali. The problem is you don’t think I’m capable enough to make my own decisions. You think I’m weak.”

“I don’t think you’re weak. I think you tend to not stand up
