He arrived a few minutes later. It was faster than we expected. And to further stun us, he ran all the way. If that wasn't freaking crazy, you got to tell me what else might be.

It wasn't until he stood in front of us that we realized why we thought the scent on Summer's body was familiar.

On the night Summer ran away from home after we found our mate, we went to a human bar to get drunk and ran into him. He had the most awful smell in the entire world, and that pissed us off more than anything else.

To cut a long story short, we ended up hitting him to ease our pain. We might have wounded him, but we didn't care. He was an outlet for us. Though we regretted it the next morning when we sobered up, we couldn't find him. He seemed to have disappeared after the fight. That's if you would call it that. It was more like a beating than a fight since we ganged up on him.
