Three days.. This is the third day I’ve been held captive. There was no telling the time except for the light shining through the tiny window. Two dark nights had passed..

I had kept myself strong during the days, but nighttime was the worst. There were no lightbulbs and it was raining. I was left alone in the dark. My panic attacks always crept in during the night. It was cold and dark, and the thunder outside didn't make it better.
