I couldn’t move my leg and arm. Something heavy was on top of my leg and arm. Did they get me again?
I opened my eyes. It was dark. No, not as dark as the place where they kept me. There were glass windows surrounding the place. I looked to my side and froze. A man was with me. Oh God, I have to get away.
I tried moving my unbroken arm, but the man had my hand in his, and his other arm was on my waist. His leg was tangled with my unbroken leg. I looked closely again. He was sleeping. I could get away.
Suddenly the man stirred in his sleep, and I could see his face. I knew him. Damian. I looked around the room again. Oh, I remembered. We were in his villa. I sighed with relief, and my body relaxed.
What time is it? I must have dozed off while waiting for him. Damian had repositioned my body, so I was lying comfortably, with pillows underneath my broken leg.
I tu
"Mommy, can I go to the beach while waiting for Grandpa?" my precious little boy asked as I was washing the dishes after we had finished our lunch. "Sure, Rai. Let Mommy finish washing the dishes first, then we can go to the beach." I glanced at him and gave him a smile. "I'll take him, Baby girl. You stay here and rest. It'll only be a while. Dad is on his way over," Damian offered. "Oh, okay. Thank you." I smiled at him. "Bye, Mommy," little Rai said and hugged me. "See you later, Baby girl." Damian planted a kiss on the top of my head, and they walked toward the door to the private beach. "Enjoy you two," I called out to them. Little Rai waved his not-so-small hand anymore, and Damian smiled at me. "Ding Dong," the bell sounded just as I finished washing the dishes. "Hi, Dad," I greeted Rai's dad and kissed his cheek. I quickly prepared a cup of coffee for him and placed them on the sofa table. "Thank you, dear. You are looking better," he said as he reached for the cup
“Damian, do you need some help?” I asked as I descended from the second floor. After what felt like years, I now was able to walk without help - no more crutch and no more Damian needing to help me. My leg and arm were finally fully healed.. at long last! “Damian?” I asked again as I went to the kitchen and heard no reply. “Hi, Kat. How are you doing?” Marco smiled at me from the kitchen. “Marco, you are already here!” I exclaimed happily. “Can’t let Damian cook by himself.” He came to me to hug me. Ever since my ordeal, Damian’s friends had become more caring. They would hug me in a friendly way and help me to do stuff when Damian was not around. I knew why they had done it. They pitied me. I could see the pity in their eyes. I didn’t like it, but I couldn’t do anything about it, could I? How could I stop them from pitying me? If I was able to fe
Her parents sent her overseas?Just that? That was no news. Indonesian well-to-do parents love to do that to their children. Sending them overseas if they got into trouble or even if they wanted their children to not see their friends anymore.Clarissa had punched, threatened, and asked people to kidnap me, yet that was all they did?“At least she won’t be able to get to me anymore,” I said softly with my disheartened heart. But what about Damian? Would he follow her there?“Hey, let’s eat, guys.” Marco’s voice broke my thought.I saw Damian coming to me and stretching out his arm for me to take. He still helped me to get up sometimes. Okay, not sometimes, but most of the time I was sitting down. My leg had healed, but sometimes it ached.I took his extended hand and followed him to the dining ta
“Princess..” I could hear Rai’s voice calling me. He couldn’t be here; it must be my mind playing tricks on me. “Princess..” he called me again. This time I was sure I wasn’t imagining it. I looked up and saw him standing near me with his arms open wide, just as they always did when he wanted me to be in his arms. “Rai..” I stood up and ran into his arms. “Princess, I’m here.” His arms went around my shoulders to hold me close. “Rai, I’ve missed you so much.” I sighed in his embrace and held him tight. “I’ve missed you too, Princess,” he said while kissing the top of my head. He let go of me, and I at his face. His hand reached to my face, caressing my cheek, and brushed my hair behind my ear. He
Why didn't I tell Damian about my pregnancy?“I was going to.. but he chose Clarissa over me,” I mumbled against his neck.“Are you sure, Princess? From what I know, he hates that bitch,” Rai told me.I smiled when Rai called Clarissa ‘bitch’. But my heart fell at the memory of Damian holding Clarissa. “Rai, do you remember my abusive ex-boyfriend? That night while I was waiting for Damian, I got a message from him. You know how scared I was of him. Just seeing the photo gave me a panic attack. I went to Marco's restaurant to search for Damian and saw him holding Clarissa on our spot. I tried texting and calling him, but he rejected my call and kept holding Clarissa.” I sighed and closed my eyes. Everything that happened that night was hurtful.&ld
“Urghhh..” I stretched my whole body and opened my eyes. It was light outside. I smiled softly as I remembered my dream. I had a dream about Rai. It was strange, but it was him, nonetheless. It had been so long since I dreamt of him, and it made me miss him. “Baby girl..” I heard Damian’s voice from behind me at the same time I felt his hand caressing my arm. I turned around and saw him fully dressed, lounging on the other side of the bed, looking at me worriedly. I wiggled my body to get close to him, and my hand and leg went around his body. “Good..” What time is it now? Morning? Noon? “Good afternoon, Baby girl.” I heard him chuckling. I looked at his beautiful face to smile at him. I just realized I had overslept. He must have done with his meeting for the day, seeing as how he was dressed in his suit.
I purposely took a longer shower than I needed. I still wanted to feel him in my life, even if he was downstairs making lunch. If only I could slow down the time.. The only thing I could do now was to face the fact that I wouldn't have Damian anymore after lunch. I braced myself and went downstairs to meet him. He was already sitting in the dining room, with the food ready on the table. I sat in front of him, as per usual, and he began eating. I had no mood to eat, so I just moved my food around with my spoon. “Baby girl, you need to eat.” His hand shot out to cover my right hand, giving it a squeeze before pulling away. That was when I saw it - his left ring finger was bare. He wasn’t wearing the ring I had given him. When did he take it off? Why didn’t I notice it? My hand went to clutch my broken heart. “Please eat, Baby girl.” His voice was gentle, which hurt me more.
I pressed the play button and forwarded it to the time when Clarissa’s friends opened the door. I didn’t want to see it, but I wanted to make sure that what I saw before was right.Yes, Damian was clearly awake. He was looking at the ceiling when he asked her to suck him. His voice was clear, not slurring. The door was then closed quietly, just like in Marco’s and Max’s video. Not even a minute later, Clarissa came out of the room. That was fast. Damian couldn’t have finished in that short amount of time. Or was Clarissa so good to be able to make him come that fast? My heart panged from hurt and jealousy. Then one of the women asked Clarissa how big Damian’s was.“Couldn’t get it up,” Clarissa said.“Was he too drunk?” One of the women asked again.Clarissa shook her head. “He was sober. He’s either ga
