Irene —

As the day of the ceremony arrived, I put on my best dress and stepped into the venue, my heart pounding with nervousness. The room was filled with people, all eagerly waiting to meet the new owner.

I scanned the room, my eyes landing on Benjamin. He was talking to some of the employees, his demeanor confident and authoritative. I couldn't deny that he looked handsome and powerful, but I reminded myself to stay focused on my work.

As the ceremony began, Benjamin took the stage, and a hush fell over the room. He thanked everyone for their support and expressed his excitement about leading the company into the future.

"And lastly," Benjamin said, his eyes scanning the crowd. "I want to express my gratitude to Miguel. He has been a loyal friend and an invaluable asset to this company. I couldn't have done this without him."

One of the reporters raised their hands up to Benjamin which was something I was expecting.
