Augustus loud voice filled my ears as he get shocked about the police surrounding his house. I know that Farris is on his move. He will get Lauren no matter what. At first, I thought it was all about his mother's case but I realized that...Farris never loved me. He...still wants Lauren. Why am I so stupid to believed in his lies?
I slowly turned to Augustus and saw him immediately ran upstairs. Maybe to check Lauren but I know Lauren wasn't there anymore. Farris surely got her already.
I was about to walked outside the house when a two men blocked my way. My brows furrowed as I saw them. They are Augustus' men!
