56. A MISTAKE

Sebastian thought that he had made a mistake.

That was the first thing that came to his mind when he saw her.

With all the anticipation he felt the night before, so much that he was hardened by his consuming thoughts, without even seeing her, dissolved into thin air.

She looked too divine, too ethereal, too porcelain, like fine glassware, sure to put the goddess Venus to shame, even without the littlest of efforts.

Sebastian suddenly was second-guessing about going to the party and if he should go with Deborah anymore. He was instantly filled with ideas of what to do with the time, instead of courtesy-going to a party that he didn't want to be at in the first place.

She was without her glasses, wearing contacts to aid her sight instead and it made her elfin-shaped face in full view. Just like he had seen her at The wreakin' that night.
