Alex was stunned for a second before he gritted his teeth. “What did you just do, Mia?“ he asked angrily.

I looked back at him with the same anger. “That is just a warning that nothing is going to ever happen between you and me! Alex, we shall never be together!“

Alex stared back at me, his eyes so dark and deep. “Do you dare to say that to me again?“ He asked, breathing fire.

Alex suddenly held my neck and pulled me closer to him. I gasped for breath. He was choking me.
