CHAPTER 48

I do not know what to do. I couldn't follow what was happening. All I know is that I am being kicked out of the mansion, and I must do something to prevent that from happening.

My legs were shaking as I tried to get closer to the old man, but he just left and went up the stairs.

I was frustrated and intended to talk to Aldo, but he was guiding Addison, whom I think wanted to be carried by him. She looked at me lazily before giving me a smirk and clinging closer to Aldo, which made me clench my fist.

My heart ached even more after being left in the living room alone and still crying. I also felt weak as I looked at the spilled juice and sandwiches on the floor. It didn't even reach my son, and I doubt if I'll even be allowed to get close to Arkan.
