Rey watched the two men in front of him staring at each other as if they were about to lunge and make a fuss. He took several deep breaths and massaged his throbbing temples. If Jaxon really accepted the challenge that Gavin gave through his eyes, then he was sure Gavin would quickly hide behind his body and make him a sacrifice for Jaxon.

"Stop giving him f*ck me eyes, you'll be hurt yourself," Gideon said to Gavin, whose eyes couldn't take his eyes off Jaxon.
