After Jaxon left, Mia got up from the bed and looked around. It was only then that she realized that the room was predominantly black and red with antiques all around. Her eyes fell on Jaxon's wardrobe near the bathroom. She checked the wardrobe, pulled out a black shirt and his boxer shorts and put them on.

For a moment Mia was silent and checked the contents of the cupboard, rummaging through its contents, looking for signs of any woman's belongings there, but could not find it. Her attention returned to the bathroom,she opened all the drawers and rooms that might store women's personal belongings that were left behind, even under the bed.

The room was completely clean of feminine things. All the rooms were only filled with Jaxon's personal belongings. Although a little relieved, she still didn't believe it completely and continued to look for the gap that Jaxon was hiding.
