Chapter 134: Coffee Apologies!

The next morning, I walked into the hospital — the one where the werewolves were taken. My steps slowed as I approached Sara's cabin.

I peeked inside and saw her injuries were all bandaged up.

She was sitting up with a gentle smile on her face, running her hand softly through Jordan’s hair. He was asleep on a chair, his head resting on her bed, clutching her free hand tightly.

My chest warmed at the adorable sight. These two really were in so much love!

Only Moon Goddess knew why these two were not actually mates. It really pained my heart to know they had so much difficulties still ahead of them.

Sara noticed me standing at the doorway and motioned me to come inside but in silence.

I nodded and tiptoed inside, taking a seat on her other side. “How are you feeling?” I whispered.

She smiled softly, glancing down at Jordan before looking back at me. “Better. They say I will heal quickly.”

I sighed in relief. “I am so glad you are okay. You gave us quite a scare.”
