Yesterday night, he had thought he could now put the past where it belonged. He had thought that was the time and chance to eliminate his father and send him to hell where he can no longer make people miserable.

‘But what had he found? He had turned when he heard a noise, thinking that by a twist of fate, his father had known of his plans and set him up.

He had been ready to destroy everything on his part at that moment, to kill anything that would stop him from ending his father’s life but when he had turned, he saw nothing but an old man. An old man looking pale and blind, trying to find his way around.

Tom had staggered like a man that was physically pole axed.

Disbelieving what he saw, Tom had felt sure his father was acting up, trying to deceive him. But the more he watched, the more unsure he felt of his assumptions. <
