The air suddenly turned quiet.

Jennifer's icy eyes shimmered as she and Frederick stared into each other's eyes. She pursed her lips.

"What's going on in your head? Wedding photos? With you? Do I look like I have that much free time?" she snapped.

Frederick refused to give up.

"Ms. York, you can't say that. I refuse to believe any woman can resist the temptation of wearing a wedding dress! Unless...you're not a woman!"

As soon as he finished speaking, the air froze again.

Jennifer's lips twitched.

"Boring!"

With those two words, she quickly walked away.

"Wait!" Frederick knew he had to come clean. The ice queen would never agree otherwise. "Actually, this wasn't my idea. It was my mom's..."

He explained the whole situation to her.

Jennifer crossed her arms, and looked at him sharply.

"Frederick, I told you after the last encounter with your mom that I won't agree to any more of your ridiculous requests! You don't know how awkward it was for me last time facing your mom.
