Frederick felt a bit shy and quickly looked away as he murmured, "Eva, I..."

Eva interrupted him with a laugh. "I'm just kidding with you! Drop by my office before you leave, okay?"

As she walked away, her hips swayed in a way that caught everyone's eye.

John smirked and leaned in close to Frederick. He teased, "Fred, do you think Eva likes you? The way she looked at you, it's like she wants to gobble you up!"

Mary chimed in with a grin. "I heard Eva's only thirty and has been divorced for over two years now. Women like that often feel lonely, you know."

Embarrassed, Frederick shot them a glance and said, "You two are gossiping too much. Eva's just being nice because she's my boss. Don't read too much into it."

However, he couldn't help but notice something strange about Eva’s chest—a dark aura seemed to hover over it. It definitely wasn't a good sign.

With half an hour left in the workday, Frederick headed to Eva's office.
