Chapter 15 –  Beautiful But Not Attractive

I must be sick, repeatedly blinking at the document in my hand. Today was the third time I had seen my contract, the first was when I stupidly signed it without reading the contents, and the second was when Catherine and I reviewed the details.

“You’re allowed to breathe, Lexi,” Finn grinned as he relaxed, leaning on the backrest of his executive chair.

Frank heaved a sigh, his silent way of saying the same, so I inhaled and exhaled, doing it again as I thought, why on earth did I get trapped in this contract?
