Jeremy pov:

"Stop! I don't wanna talk to you," I said.

"It's all a lie, Jeremy," Oliver said, looking at me.

"No, it's true," Steve chimed in, looking at me with a stern expression.

"What's a lie? What's true?" I asked, feeling confused and a bit agitated.

"What did you hear?" Oliver asked, looking at me intently.

"I heard nothing. I just came and saw you two talking," I replied, still feeling a bit annoyed.

"Then why are you angry?" Steve asked, his eyes fixed on me.

"Because Oliver is talking to you so closely, and I hate it!" I exclaimed.

"Why don't you want Oliver to talk to me?" Steve asked, looking at me curiously.

"Because I hate you, and I don't want Oliver to get hurt like me. He's already been hurt so much because of you," I said, my voice trembling a bit.

I could sense that he had something to say, but he was holding back. His face was stoic and unresponsive, making me feel uneasy and nervous.
