Some Time Together

Sienna told Azriel about her meeting with Violet. Azriel was not very happy to hear about it. Witches did not have a good reputation. They were mainly known for two things; magic and their evil mind.

"So that witch gave you that shitty idea. I am not even surprised," Azriel didn't bother to hide his disapproval.

" It wasn't a shitty idea," Sienna replied, offended by his remark.

"You almost died, Sienna," Azriel reminded her with a sharp gaze. The thought still shook him to the core. Those moments when he thought he had lost her still haunted him. The guilt was still there. How could she be so lightly about this?

"But I am alive and healthy," Sienna argued back with a sigh. This man was nagging her incessantly to promise him that she won't do it again. But Sienna had refused by saying that she can't make no such promises. How was she to sit back and see him struggling in chains? Unsurprisingly, that didn't sit well with Azriel. No reason was good enough to make him change his
