Annabelle's Pov

“The Smith's house! Doing what there? His voice thundered. “So what brought about the injuries on Henry?” he asked angrily looking at me.

I took a deep breath and summoned courage, “Travis came to my house yesterday, I told Henry about it so he went to confront Travis. I tried stopping Henry from going there but he insisted that he would confront Travis.

My dad became more furious, “That bastard! He's real trouble, I warned him to stay away from you and I have also told you to avoid him at all cost. Now he has not only hurt you but also hurt Henry too”.

Henry stepped forward “Sir, he's not just a problem to Annabelle but to everyone around him, so we need to look for a way to put him in his place”.

My father kept calm for a while then reassured him that he won't let Travis hurt us ever again.

I tried telling my father that, he should first think of everything calmly before taking any step.

My father just looked away and said that he would handle things in hi
