Daniel left the room and headed to the parking lot. He was a little nervous and even his palms were sweating a little.

When the kids saw that it was finally time for them to show up, they put away the laptop and innocently sat in the car, as if they had no idea what just happened in the private room.

But until now, they were really convinced that Daniel was truly sorry for how he treated their mother in the past, he really wanted to make amends. It if had been otherwise, his sorry arse would be under fire right now.
