In the car, Tony looked at his boss’s smiling face and felt goosebumps all over. He was not used to this version of his boss so; he did not know how to react.

He looked at Daniel through the rear-view mirror and cleared his throat, “Boss, I think that this weekend has been great. Do you wish that it never ended?”

When Daniel heard his assistant, he wiped the smile off his face and looked at him coldly, “Yeah. How great it would have been if it had gone on and on. That way, I would not have to listen to your annoying voice.”

Tony felt as if someone had hit him with a bullet and it had penetrated through his heart. Silent tears filled his eyes and he did not feel like living anymore.
