I tried to contain Vivian as she trashed against my hold.

It angered me that Scarlett had refused to budge. She still sat on the floor as she glared at me. She wanted me to take her side instead of Vivian's.

I was going through hell to get Vivian back. She had to be stupid if she thought I would give it all up to be with her. I only wanted to be with Vivian.

Scarlett might have stayed with me in Vivian's absence. She might have tried to fill up the space but she was just not as good as Vivian and I had to learn that the hard way.
