As my eyes slowly fluttered open, I scanned the dimly lit room. Memories of the explosion till the time I woke up and Drake told me Zelda, my sweet daughter was in a coma flooded back into my consciousness, and I couldn't hold back my tears.

A voice broke the silence, and I looked up to see a woman with a sad smile on her face, "You're awake, finally." She was the doctor present when I woke up the first time

I wiped away my tears and asked, my voice trembling, "How is she, doctor? My daughter?"

The doctor's face wore a sad expression as she replied, "I'm afraid she's still in a coma. We're doing everything we can, but it's a waiting game now."

Tears welled up in my eyes once more, and I whispered, "Please, do whatever it takes to bring her back to me. I can't lose her."

"We will. But you, on the other hand, need to get better for her. So that when she wakes up, you will be able to take care of her," the doctor explained.

"I'll do whatever it takes to make sure she recovers.
