Sapphire POV

I reached the clearing way before Ryder making me the winner, but something didn’t feel right as it was eerily quiet like I had walked into a graveyard, my fur started to stand on end as I suddenly could hear footsteps coming from across my meadow and it was then I knew I wasn’t alone in this place, but Ryder was yet to arrive.
