Chapter 58

RISSA'S POV

I paced around the garden slowly, as I pondered on the events that were about to take place. I wondered what it would feel like to be able to shift back and forth at my own will. — I couldn't wait. The excitement built up inside me. Very soon I'd see my brother again, and the oppressions would stop. He would live a normal and happy life. When I finally become Aplha in less than a week, I would make sure that everyone around me is happy.

I continued my pondering the garden while the cool evening breeze trickled against my skin. After a few minutes, I heard a sound that came from the back entrance of the house.

I bent low, and hid behind behind some shrubs, to avoid getting spotted by a guard, or someone else. I peeked through the openings and found out that it was Billy who had just returned from his mission. We have been waiting for him for hours... At least he was here now.

He proceeded to the statue, so he could move it and gain access to the entrance. "You're late!" I
