CHAPTER 40

CLEVER'S POV

AS ARRIVED AT HOME, I took off my jacket. I cleansed my hands and looked at the wound I had from the battle, but I didn't feel any pain there. They might need to train their dogs so they can compete with my skills because the battle was very monotonous.

When I went in my twin's room, I frowned since I couldn't see anyone there and assumed he could be in the kitchen. Eating. He loves to eat.

I didn't bother looking for him; instead, I went straight to my room, only to notice that the stupid woman wasn't there either. She might be in the restroom. I'll just see if anyone is bathing. When I open the restroom door, nobody is there.

Where the hell is she?

"Leexiya?" I called her name but no one answered. I went out of the room and peered down the hallway. "Clave?" I opened the main room here but I didn't see them.

I hurried down the stairs to look for them, where are they!? Usually, they meet me when I arrived. Didn't they run away?
