We strolled from where I met him, talking about Cookie as we walked.

He was a lover boy, and I believed I could learn a thing, or two from him, so I listened.

“You know, I planned an epic wedding in my mind. It's going to be so beautiful…” he explained, and I was forced to hold back my laughter.

This was supposed to be Cookie’s thing, and not the other way around.

“I know you are planning the wedding, and all, but why not plan to win her heart first? If you continue like this, you might end up injuring yourself, and there's nothing I can do about it,” I explained with a worried expression on my face.

He gave a sad smile. “She broke me a lot of times, but I still chose to stay. That's love,” his words touched me, and it made me realize that I needed I do something for him in order to thank him for not giving up on her.
