Ezra’s POV

I was mesmerized by the brown wolf standing proudly beside me. This is the first time I saw Romeo and his wolf. He glances at me before darting his gazes back to the guards.

The guards made a step forward, after seeing Romeo’s wolf.

I do not know if it is just me and my lack of experience in this kind of stuff, but the way he shifted into his wolf form was fast.

I remember my father and brother, whenever they shifted into their wolf form, they needed to kneel and position themselves on the ground. According to them, it is to minimize the pain as the bones in their body relocate.

But in Romeo’s case, I haven’t seen him doing what my family was doing whenever they shift.
