Chapter 18 - Theo

Wyatt’s voice chimes in my head.  “So, cous, did you get started on the project that I asked you to help with?”

I slightly chuckle and smile as I look down on my tasty food box.  I don’t know how my mysterious food lady knows what I like to eat, but it is almost like she can read my mind.  As I scoop up some food, I reply via the mind link, “Yes, cous.  I even hired an additional staff person to help with it.  Well, technically, I didn’t hire the person for this particular project, but this is going to be the first project that Tyler works on.  He dove right into it, and I have to say that he is a whiz at analysis and research.”

Wyatt’s voice teases, “Cous, do you realize what you just said?  Are you feeling all right?”

I take a bite of my food and can’t control myself as I practically moan, “hmmmm…”
