Chapter 19 - Tyler

I can’t believe that I’m going to be spending the weekend with the Dean.  Well, technically, we will be working, but I’m still going to be spending the weekend with him. 

He won’t tell me anything about where we are going, except the fact that there are some really old documents there that he has to look through.  I get the impression that it doesn’t have anything to do with the university, but I don’t care.  I still get to spend some time with the Dean. 

I can still remember the way my heart raced and slammed hard against my chest when the Dean told me about this trip.  Surprisingly, the Dean didn’t ask me about my racing heart, but I could have sworn that he heard it.  He raised his eyebrow raised slightly, but that can’t be possible though.  The Dean is smart and can do a lot of things, but he doesn’t have super hearing.
