I watched the cars zoom by as I walked down the busy streets of Montreal as I made my way to the local café shop where my friend, Zabdiel works at. As I got closer to the familiar building, my wolf began pacing in my head and kept whining. I frowned and asked him what the fuck was wrong with him but he just ignored me making me roll my eyes. "Ready?" I looked up to the sound of Princeton's voice and saw him on the threshold of the living room and I nodded. He offered to drive me and Jericho to school while his parents took Jenna and Josh to their school while his grandparents offered to watch Julianna while we were away. I looked across the yard to where Jessie was currently playing in the sandbox with my younger siblings, Cassie and Caesar and his younger brother Josh. Julianna had gone down for a nap not to long ago and was inside in the playpen along with Kyle, Marc's son and Lily, Alexa's daughter. Thinking back to last night when Princeton took me to the beautiful lake with the waterfall had a smile on my face but it quickly went away when I thought back to our talk. I felt exhausted. My body just felt numb. It's been two years since I thought about Emmanuel and what he did to me that it just completely drained me. Princeton's arms had been the only thing keeping me standing. I clenched my eyes shut as the memory of that night kept crossing my mind.
